The hotel sits in the Europe quarter, 150 m from Saint-Lazare Metro/RER (lines 3,12,13,14) and a 5-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Most central landmarks - Opera Garnier, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Garden - are a 10-15 minute walk. Parc Monceau is 15 minutes away. For airport access, line 14 connects directly to Orly; from CDG, take RER B to Châtelet then line 14. Bus stops are right outside. The area is lively with brasseries, cafés, and shops, yet the hotel itself is set back enough for reasonable quiet.

Rooms are recently renovated in a modern style. Each has a private bathroom (some with bath and shower), flat-screen TV, kettle with tea/coffee, safe, and soundproof windows. The triple room is marketed as a suite with a separate living area and large bathroom, though layout may differ. Double rooms are functional while some are compact. Road-facing rooms can pick up street noise; courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Windows close tightly to reduce sound. No minibar, but reception can store cold items. All rooms are non-smoking.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 as a buffet or in-room. The spread includes bread, pastries, cheeses, charcuterie, yoghurt, fruit, and hot drinks. A freshly pressed orange juice is also offered. The buffet is continental in style - no hot cooked options. The lobby lounge serves beer and wine in a casual seating area. Given the lack of a full restaurant, guests have dozens of cafés, brasseries, and boulangeries within a one-minute walk for other meals.
