The neighbourhood is peaceful, and a large supermarket (Globus) is nearby for supplies. A McDonald's is 0.5 km away.

The apartment features a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 4 guests (though a single room means no separate sleeping space for colleagues). A fully equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kettle, and cookware. The private bathroom has a bath and shower.
