The apartments sit in a calm part of Prague 7, a minute from a tram stop that runs lines 26 and others into the city centre and to the airport bus stop. Letná Park is a few hundred metres away, with a beer garden and views over the city. The Old Town Square is reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes via the park. A Billa supermarket is within 100 metres, and restaurants, bakeries, a post office and a hospital are all around the corner. The National Technical Museum is close by. For drivers, the on-site garage costs €15 per night, and a guarded public parking garage near the stadium is about 500 metres away. The neighbourhood is well served by trams, and Uber trips to the centre typically cost around £4.

Units are large, bright and airy, with high ceilings, parquet or carpeted floors, and a separate living area with a dining table. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds, and the sofa beds in the living room are also substantial. Bathrooms are clean and modern, often with two sinks and a separate WC. Every apartment comes with a washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube, and free Wi-Fi. Kitchens are fully equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, utensils and a dishwasher. The apartments are well heated in winter. Some rooms have a balcony. The property is quiet, and road-facing rooms are still generally peaceful due to the residential street. Up to 14 people can be accommodated in a single unit, making these apartments a practical choice for larger groups. There is no extra bed capacity, but up to two cots can be added for children under 3.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site, so the fully equipped kitchen - with a hob, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils - is the primary dining resource. A Billa supermarket is about 100 metres away, and a baguette shop right by the tram stop sells fresh bread and coffee each morning. Several restaurants are within a three-minute walk, including Ristorantino da Matteo for Italian, a good Indian restaurant, and a subway-style eatery. The area also offers a range of cafés and takeaway spots. Bakeries and a grocery store close by make self-catering easy.

Letná Park is a few hundred metres from the apartments, offering a large green space, a beer garden with panoramic city views, and a path that leads into the Old Town. The National Technical Museum is nearby. Larger leisure facilities, including mainstream gyms and a stadium, are within walking distance but not part of the property. Some units have a balcony. There is no on-site pool, spa, sauna or fitness room; guests seeking wellness amenities will need to use off-site venues.
