LUCKY HOME ROOMS, Rome

The property sits in the real heart of Rome, a block from the metro and surrounded by shops, bakeries, and casual restaurants. Santa Maria Maggiore is a 6-minute stroll, and the main railway station is about 800 metres on foot - practical for airport trains and regional connections. Most historic landmarks, including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps, are within a comfortable walking distance, making car-free sightseeing easy. The area is safe and well-served, with a Penny Market supermarket directly adjacent for groceries and supplies.

Room types range from single to quadruple, with layouts that are generally compact - some rooms are notably small, especially in the bathroom area. All units feature tiled floors, a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and heating. Bed configurations vary: double rooms have one double bed; triple rooms offer two beds; quadruple rooms include one double bed and one double sofa bed, suitable for families. A few rooms have a fridge, and rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter, while street-facing rooms may pick up noise from local cafés and bars until late. The bathroom size can be quite tight; some rooms have a bathroom accessible both from the room and from the office area, reducing privacy. The single window in many rooms overlooks an inner atrium, offering no external view.

There is no on-site restaurant or formal breakfast, but each room is stocked daily with cookies, jam, instant coffee, and tea - a convenient light start. For a full meal, the surrounding streets offer Pizzeria Renato, Krishna 13, Bakery Roscioli Pietro, and several other options within 300 metres. A breakfast café is located directly opposite the building. A Penny Market next door makes it easy to buy fresh food and drinks. The area is filled with casual Italian restaurants, bakeries, and fast-food outlets, all within a few minutes' walk.

The property does not offer a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. The primary leisure value comes from its central location - the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon are all within a comfortable walking distance. A small park is located around the corner, providing a pleasant green space for a stroll.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. The building has a lift, though it may occasionally be out of service during renovation. Reception staff speak English and Italian and can be reached via WhatsApp for questions and assistance. Daily housekeeping is provided, with fresh towels every two days and sheets changed every three days. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged, but a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Laundry service is also offered for an additional fee. The property provides cots on request. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, and MasterCard.
