The property occupies a side street a few metres from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar (800 m). Triana Bridge and Plaza de Armas are each within a 15-minute walk. The historic centre is completely walkable - all major landmarks, dining and cultural sites are within a few minutes on foot. Seville Airport is 12 km away; a taxi or the EA bus (stop at Paseo Colón) serve the route. Paid public parking on Avenida de Roma or Calle Albareda costs about €20 for 24 hours and is 5 minutes' walk from the building.

All rooms feature a double bed (150 cm wide), air conditioning, private entrance, walk-in shower with hairdryer, free toiletries and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Rooms vary in size; some are compact but comfortable, others are more spacious. A few rooms have a Juliet balcony (not large enough to sit on) with city views. All rooms are on upper floors with stairs only - no elevator. There is no fridge in the room, but a shared kitchen provides one. Earplugs are included in the welcome pack. Central location may bring street noise; road-facing rooms are less suitable for light sleepers.

A shared kitchen provides all essentials: refrigerator, stove, utensils, coffee machine with free pods, and a dining area for self-catering breakfasts or meals. The hotel does not operate a restaurant or offer a daily breakfast. Multiple bars and restaurants are within a 2-3 minute walk, including Bar Pelayo, El Pinton, Mamarracha, Ovejas Negras, Gusto, Bar Antiguedades and Antigua Taberna Las Escobas Restaurante.

The rooftop features a small outdoor pool (shallow end, shallow depth) with pool/beach towels provided. The pool operates seasonally, typically from mid-May to end of September, depending on weather. The sun terrace offers loungers and views of the cathedral clock tower - useful for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Board games and puzzles are available in the shared lounge. Kayaking or canoeing in the surroundings is also possible.
