The bus stop at the end of Uhlandstrasse connects to the main station in a few minutes, and the nearby underground (U4/U5) reaches the centre in two stops. For sightseeing, the location offers a peaceful retreat after exploring, with easy access to major attractions. Parking is available behind the hotel, but spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.

Room types include single, double, triple, quadruple, and suites. Double rooms offer queen or king-size beds (European standard) and can sleep up to four people on request. Triple rooms have a double bed and a pull-out single from an armchair. The suite comprises a living room, separate bedroom, and two bathrooms. All rooms have parquet floors, a work desk, and a safe. Some rooms are smaller than the advertised 25 m², with limited storage, and road-facing rooms may experience noise. Rooms on upper floors or with garden views are quieter. Not all rooms have air conditioning yet, but installation is ongoing. No rooms have balconies.

The breakfast is included in most rates and features local specialities, fresh berries, yoghurt, and made-to-order coffee. Gluten-free items are available on request. For guests with early departures, the staff can arrange an earlier breakfast time. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but several dining options are within a short walk, including Mariandl Cafe am Beethovenplatz (0.5 km) and Fire Dragon Lounge (0.5 km).

The garden provides a quiet space to relax, and the surrounding residential area is safe for walking or jogging. The nearby Theresienwiese park is ideal for families with children. For leisure activities, scuba diving and surfing are available in the region at additional cost.
