The hotel occupies a prime central position, putting major attractions like the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge within a 5-15 minute walk. Public transport is exceptionally convenient: the Dlouhá třída tram stop is 70 metres from the entrance, and Náměstí Republiky metro station (line B) is 150 metres away, providing direct access to the airport via bus 119 and tram 26. The Palladium shopping centre is 150 metres away, and numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés line the surrounding streets. Rooms facing the main road can experience traffic noise, so lighter sleepers should request a room overlooking the courtyard.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, toiletries), a fridge, microwave, kettle, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms include a seating area. Family rooms offer three beds - a double and two singles - plus a sofa. Wardrobes and tea/coffee-making facilities are standard. The building has a lift, but no rooms are on the ground floor. Rooms are generally clean and functional, though decor and furnishings in some rooms feel older. Sound insulation between rooms is limited - noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms can be heard. The air conditioning system automatically shuts off if a window is opened and may struggle to cool the room effectively in hot weather. In cold weather, the heating can be inconsistent. There are no balconies.

The breakfast buffet offers a continental selection including bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, hot drinks, and juice. Options such as scrambled eggs and sausages are sometimes available, but the variety and quality are simple. The dining room can become crowded during peak hours. There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner; however the bar and coffee shop serve drinks and snacks. Dozens of restaurants and cafés are within a short walk. Special diet menus can be requested. A welcome drink voucher is provided per guest. For early departures, a packed breakfast can be arranged if requested 24 hours in advance.

Leisure facilities are limited to bicycle rental (additional charge) for guests who want to explore Prague on two wheels. There is no pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre. The central location, however, puts all of Prague's cultural sights, parks, and walking tours within easy walking distance.

The hotel offers a wide range of practical services. A 24-hour front desk can assist with currency exchange, tour bookings, ticket purchases, and taxi/transfer arrangements. The airport shuttle (up to 4 people) costs 775 CZK one way; public transport from the airport takes about 40 minutes via bus 119 and tram 26. Private on-site parking costs €22 per day and requires prior reservation; parking is in a secure courtyard and a valet assistant parks the car. Car keys must be left at reception during the stay. Luggage storage is free of charge. Daily housekeeping is included; ironing and laundry services are available at an extra fee. Safety deposit boxes in rooms are free. The property is fully non-smoking and has CCTV security. Baby cots are available for €15 per stay. Pets are not permitted.
