For airport arrivals, the S-Bahn from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) connects directly to Alexanderplatz. The immediate area offers Vietnamese, German, and European dining options, plus a large Kaufland supermarket a short walk away. Car access is limited due to the restrictive garage dimensions, so public transport is the most practical way to explore the city center.

Room categories range from Standard Double Rooms to Premier Suites, all featuring modern design with large windows (many with views of the TV Tower) and high ceilings. The open rain shower is integrated into the bedroom area but the toilet is in a separate, fully enclosed room. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee/tea provisions; basic cookware (pots, pans, utensils) can be obtained from the ground-floor essentials room. Guaranteed balconies are offered in Superior Apartments, Deluxe Apartments with Balcony, and Premier Suites. Executive Suites and Premier Suites have a sofa bed suitable for a third occupant (additional person fees apply). Rooms can feel warm or stuffy when the auto-shutoff air conditioning cycles off; opening windows helps. Soundproofing between rooms is limited - light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs for potential noise from neighbouring TVs or hallways.

Breakfast (available from the on-site Luzii Cafe & Deli) includes fresh pastries, sandwiches, fruit salad, muesli, and hot drinks - it is not a cooked or buffet-style meal.
