The hotel sits in a modern, quiet neighbourhood on the harbour, with the harbour ferry (water bus) a short walk away for a scenic 15-20 minute ride to Nyhavn and other attractions. The nearest metro station is Islands Brygge (15 minutes on foot), and Dybbølsbro train station is 2 km away. The National Museum of Denmark and Bella Center are both 3 km away, and Copenhagen Airport is 7 km. The area is well suited for cyclists - bike rental is available on site. Fisketorvet shopping mall, including a Lidl supermarket, is a 10-15 minute walk. The nearby area is quiet and feels safe, but some find it less lively at night.

Three-bedroom apartments are 130 m2 (standard) or 150 m2 (superior), with two bathrooms, the superior options on floors 7-12 offering panoramic city views. One-bedroom apartments have one bathroom, while two-bedroom apartments have one bathroom. All apartments feature parquet flooring, a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, tea and coffee maker, and a dining area. Bedrooms come with double beds; extra cots and an extra bed for a child are available on request. The minimalist decor is clean and modern, though some rooms have limited storage and the style may feel bare to those preferring cosier decor. Lower-floor apartments face Artillerivej road and can be noisy; upper-floor apartments are quieter. The balconies provide lake or city views, but some ground-floor apartments have no balcony. The apartments are well heated and generally quiet, especially on higher floors.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service. The apartments come with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. The Netto supermarket is a 2-minute walk, and a bakery is nearby for fresh bread and pastries. For dining out, Nors (a highly recommended set-menu restaurant), a pizza place, and several other eateries are within a few blocks. The harbour ferry and bus 68 provide easy access to the many restaurants and cafés of central Copenhagen.

The fitness centre is noted as well-equipped and clean, with a steam room and locker rooms for changing. The large rooftop terrace is a calm, nearly unused space for relaxing and taking in the views. No pool or spa is present. The surrounding area offers an ice-skating rink, boating, and scenic walks along the harbour and park. The hotel also provides bike rental for exploring the city.

Reception provides an invoice, luggage storage before/after check-in, and a safety deposit box for valuables. Bike rental is available (additional charge). Parking is available in a nearby public garage with designated spots for guests (DKK 150-180 per day, reservation not possible). The property has a lift, heating, non-smoking rooms, family rooms, and key card access with CCTV and smoke alarms for security. No daily housekeeping is provided; apartments are cleaned before check-in. A locked wooden shed is available for bicycle storage. Reception closes at 22:00, but late arrival can be arranged by contacting the property in advance.
