Located in a quiet residential area, the property is about 20 minutes on foot from the main train station and 15 minutes from the Basilica of St. John in Lateran. Via del Pigneto, known for its cafés and restaurants, is 650 metres away. The Colosseum is roughly 30 minutes on foot, and the city centre can be reached via the nearby Manzoni or Lodi metro stops. For car drivers, the building sits outside the Limited Traffic Zone (LTZ), making it easier to park and access by vehicle. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and well-lit, though the walk to Lodi metro can feel less inviting after dark. Closest bus stop is 50 metres from the entrance.

Accommodation consists of a one-bedroom apartment with a double bedroom, a living area containing two sofa beds, and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. Independent heating/air conditioning and a 28" or 32" LCD satellite TV are provided. Rooms are soundproofed and non-smoking. Large windows and electric blinds help keep the apartment dark for sleeping. Some apartments overlook the street and may experience traffic noise, especially at night. A lift serves all floors, and the building has 24-hour security with CCTV. No rooms have a balcony.

Each apartment includes a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A supermarket is nearby for groceries. The surrounding area offers a variety of eateries, including Bentu & Soi, Osteria degli Artisti, and several other restaurants within a 5-minute walk on Via del Pigneto.
