Policlinico Metro is a 2-minute walk, providing direct service to Termini station (2 stops), the Colosseum (4 stops), and onward connections. Numerous bus routes also serve the area without needing transfers. The quiet street is safe at night, with several authentic trattorias, bars, a supermarket, and a park within a 5-minute walk. The property is well-suited for visiting La Sapienza University and the Policlinico hospital. Those arriving from Fiumicino Airport should budget approximately €48 for a standard taxi transfer.

All rooms include a private bathroom (en suite or external), except one double room sold with a shared bathroom on the same floor. Standard rooms offer an inner courtyard view, while others include a private terrace with garden views. Room sizes are described as spacious enough for three people, with a large desk suitable for working. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and daily housekeeping is provided. Rooms away from the road are notably quiet, and the air conditioning works effectively.
