The resort is split into two buildings: the oceanfront east side with coastal views and direct beach access, and the west building across Ocean Boulevard (A1A), which may experience traffic noise. Free private parking is available on site without reservation. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a 30-40 minute taxi or rideshare ride away. A bike rental shop and a few restaurants are within walking distance, and an ALDI supermarket is about a 3 km drive. The area is quieter than Miami, with less traffic, making it a practical base for exploring the greater Pompano region.

Room types range from compact studios with a Murphy bed to spacious one-bedroom king suites and two-bedroom layouts that can sleep up to six guests via a combination of king beds, sofa beds, and Murphy beds. All units include a private bathroom with a bath and shower, a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, and a full-size fridge. Kitchens are generally well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Some rooms have air conditioning noise, and certain Murphy bed mattresses have been reported as uncomfortably firm. Suites on the east side offer ocean, lake, or lagoon views; west-side rooms face the street. The property is older but maintained, and many units feel spacious, especially the one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites.

The property does not offer a restaurant or meal service. A vending machine provides snacks and drinks. Complimentary coffee is available each morning at the pool, and the poolside area features BBQ grills with cooking utensils provided. All units are equipped with a full kitchen (including oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator) and basic cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Grocery delivery services (such as Uber Eats) are available, and several restaurants are within walking distance along the beachfront. The surrounding area has a variety of dining options, though there is no major shopping or fast food immediately adjacent.

The heated pool and hot tub are open year-round and are popular spots for relaxation. Sun loungers and beach chairs are provided. The fitness centre is free to use. The resort also offers free aerobics classes, movie nights, and board games. A golf course is within 3 km (additional charge). The beach is a short walk across a boardwalk over mangroves, with showers to rinse off sand. Complimentary beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles) is available from the front desk while supplies last. The pool area can get crowded during peak times, especially with families.
