A bike rental shop and a few restaurants are within walking distance, and an ALDI supermarket is about a 3 km drive. The area is quieter than Miami, with less traffic, making it a practical base for exploring the greater Pompano region.

Room types range from compact studios with a Murphy bed to spacious one-bedroom king suites and two-bedroom layouts that can sleep up to six guests via a combination of king beds, sofa beds, and Murphy beds. All units include a private bathroom with a bath and shower, a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, and a full-size fridge. Kitchens are generally well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils.
