A free trolley bus stop and several bus routes are steps from the door, making car-free exploration straightforward. For drivers, a paid gated garage is one block away (reservation required).

Each room features a king-size bed, air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, a safe deposit box, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. A small fridge is provided, though there is no coffee/tea maker in the room. The property has soundproofed rooms, but some have noted that noise from hallways and neighbouring rooms can be audible, particularly on the ground floor. Second-floor rooms tend to be quieter. Rooms are described as functional and clean, with high ceilings and a modern, minimal design. No cots or extra beds are available.

The Julia Hotel does not operate a restaurant or provide breakfast. There is a communal kettle, microwave, and coffee station in the lobby for guest use. The location offers excellent dining variety within a 2-5 minute walk, including Italian (La Locanda), Mediterranean (Kalamata), burgers (Burgermeister), seafood (Joe's Stone Crab), Latin (My Ceviche), and American (Salt Kitchen). Several nearby cafés and a supermarket are also on the same block. For those wanting to self-cater, the room includes a fridge, but no cooking facilities.
