Haneda Airport is about 40 minutes away by train (two transfers) or taxi. The immediate area is quiet yet well-served by 7-Eleven convenience stores, numerous restaurants, and coffee shops. The location is practical for business travellers and tourists who want central access without the density of major commercial hubs. Driving is not recommended due to very limited on-site parking.

Standard room types are Double, Single, and Twin (the only room with two beds). All rooms are fitted with an original APA mattress designed for weight distribution, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with video-on-demand, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and yukata. Rooms are notably compact, which is typical for central Tokyo but means twin suitcases can be hard to open simultaneously. Twin and some Double rooms suit one person well, while the Twin room accommodates two. Rooms on lower floors are advisable given the single slow elevator and limited stair access. The room's window cannot be opened fully and often faces a neighbouring wall; a sealed window and centralised HVAC system mean the room atmosphere can feel enclosed. Those sensitive to room temperature should note that cooling and heating are centrally controlled, not per-room. The unit is designed for efficient urban stays rather than spacious comfort. Bathroom drainage can be slow, and the toilet and sink are small. Rooms on the 2nd-4th floors may hear some street or air-conditioning noise. Housekeeping is by request only since 2024; towels and bathrobes are changed daily upon request.

The hotel's restaurant L+(エルプラス) is open for breakfast only from 07:00 to 09:30 (last order 09:00).
