Strozzi Palace lies under 1 km away, while the Accademia Gallery, Piazza del Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio are all within easy walking distance. A one-minute walk from the train station makes it ideal for rail travellers, and the airport tram stop is similarly close. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops line the surrounding streets.

Accommodation includes double and triple rooms, many with balconies or French balconies. All rooms have a TV, electric kettle, wardrobe, safety deposit box, and tiled floors. Bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a bidet, and free toiletries. Note that some rooms have their private bathroom located outside the room, down the hall. The building has a lift, but there are a few steps from the street to the reception area. Road-facing rooms can experience traffic noise, especially during the day.

The breakfast offers warm dishes, fresh pastries, cheese, fruits, and juice. It is served at a nearby hotel where check-in is also processed. For those who prefer a lighter option or want to explore, bars and trattorias are within a few minutes' walk, including Trattoria Za Za and Trattoria Nerone.
