Rooms are provided in double, twin and family configurations, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The bed sizes are 1 or 2 beds depending on room type. Practical additions include heating, an iron and ironing board (but no ironing board in all rooms), and free bottled water. Some rooms are very compact with tight bathrooms and limited storage surfaces, while others feel more spacious. Carpeted floors are draped, and single-glazed windows can let in street noise and cold. Basement and ground-floor rooms are noisier, less private and can feel cramped. The building lacks a lift, and stairs are steep.

There is no on-site dining or breakfast service. A communal area provides a large water boiler (not always filled) and some tea/coffee, but no in-room kettle is supplied. Several cafés, pizzerias, steak houses, pubs, and a bar are within 0.5 km, including Mimos Cafe Bar, San Marco Ristorante & Pizzeria, Garfunkel's Restaurant and The Dickens Tavern, alongside a nearby Indian restaurant and craft beer pub.
