Tram 2 stops 50 m from the hotel and reaches Central Station in about 20 minutes. Tram 5 serves the Museum of Modern Art, World Trade Centre, and station Zuid. Tram 12 connects to the RAI exhibition centre. Bus 397 from Schiphol Airport stops at Emmastraat, a 5-minute walk away (€5 ticket on board). The neighbourhood is quiet but within easy reach of museums, restaurants, and the city centre - walking to Leidseplein takes about 15 minutes. Paid street parking is available, with free parking on Sundays and public holidays, and free 21:00-09:00 within 50-100 m. The hotel does not have its own parking.

Room types include Standard Single, Standard Double/Twin, Triple, and some studios with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave/oven, stove). Certain rooms have a furnished balcony, terrace, or patio overlooking the garden; one room has a private rooftop terrace. COCO-MAT beds (natural materials) are available in some rooms - specify when booking. Rooms are decorated in light pastels with wall-mounted clothes racks instead of traditional closets. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided; windows can be opened. Noise from trams and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, so light sleepers may want a room away from the street. Room cleaning is not automatic - you must request it at reception. The hotel is housed in an early 1900s building with steep stairs and no elevator. A ground-floor room may be available on request (subject to availability).

Breakfast includes fresh bread, croissants, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, and hot/cold beverages. It can be taken in bed or as a takeaway.
