The hostel is located 3 km from Anne Frank House and 5 km from Leidseplein. The area is calm and residential, with a park close by. Public transport is excellent: a bus stop is 5 minutes away with services every 5 minutes, and a tram stop is also nearby, providing direct routes to the city centre and Central Station (around 15-20 minutes). Bicycle rental is on-site, making it easy to cycle into the city. Several cafés, a supermarket (open until 22:00), and restaurants are within a 0.5 km walk, offering convenient meal options. The neighbourhood is generally safe and quiet, though some street noise can occur late at night. For the easiest journey from Schiphol Airport, take a train to Sloterdijk station and continue by bus or tram. Parking is not available on site.

The accommodation consists of private capsule rooms, each with a comfortable double or single bed, work desk, and seating area. Capsules feature air conditioning (centrally controlled from reception), soundproof walls, and customizable LED lighting. The rooms are compact, with the elevated bed capsules having very limited headroom (about 80 cm from ceiling to mattress), which can feel claustrophobic and may cause discomfort for taller individuals or those with mobility issues. Lower-level capsules offer better headroom but still limited space; moving around together is very difficult. Ventilation is minimal, and the temperature can become uncomfortably hot, especially in upper-level capsules, as the AC cannot be individually adjusted. Noise from the corridor and door banging can be an issue for light sleepers. Bathrooms are shared with modern fixtures, including high-tech toilets with bidets, but they can become busy during peak times and cleanliness may vary.

The hostel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast can be added to your booking for a fee (details vary by rate). The lobby area features a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, plates/cutlery, and a fridge for storing food. Vending machines offer drinks and snacks. Many cafés and restaurants are within a 0.5 km walk, including Warung Solo (Indonesian) and Buongiorno Espressobar, offering a variety of affordable dining options.
