It is a 10-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station and the Rialto Bridge, and 15 minutes from Piazzale Roma (the car and bus terminal). The nearest water bus stop is San Marcuola, about 3 minutes away, offering easy connection to the airport, cruise terminal (20 minutes), and islands such as Murano and Burano. Most major tourist attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The location is well-suited for both arrival on foot and exploring the city by water.
