The apartment is situated on a quiet side street within the historic centre, yet less than 5 minutes on foot from the main shopping streets. Malaga Cathedral is a 5-minute walk, and the Picasso Museum is 400 m away. The bus station is a 10-minute walk, and Malaga Airport is 8 km from the property. For the beach, a 20-minute walk through the pedestrian centre and the park by the port is recommended, or a short bus ride from a stop 5 minutes away. Walking is the best way to explore the city centre, with all attractions within easy reach.

The studios feature a comfortable double bed (or twin setup), a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, fridge, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, and ironing facilities. Each unit has its own router providing high-speed Wi-Fi. Rooms are on the second floor with lift access, some offering roof views. Double curtains provide blackout. The apartment is soundproofed and located off a quiet courtyard street, ensuring a restful night.

The apartment is not equipped with a restaurant. The kitchenette allows for self-catering, with all essentials for preparing simple meals. A number of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including options for brunch and coffee. Complimentary water and beer are provided in the fridge on arrival.
