Holidays2Malaga Suites is located 300 metres from the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Foundation, 400 metres from the Picasso Museum, 500 metres from Carmen Thyssen Museum and 600 metres from Calle Larios, placing all major landmarks within easy walking distance. Malaga Airport is 8 km away. The beach (Malagueta) is 2 km (about 20 minutes on foot). Public transport (bus stops and a tram stop) is within a 10-minute walk. The immediate area is packed with restaurants, tapas bars, coffee shops and a supermarket across the street. The street itself can be very noisy at night because of bar crowds and delivery traffic, especially on weekends: rooms facing the main road are the most affected. Earplugs are provided.

The property offers 2-bedroom apartments that sleep 3-5 people. Each unit has a dining area, a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, stove, coffee machine and kettle. Bathrooms have a bathtub or shower and a bidet, with a hairdryer provided. Bed linen and towels are included. A safe, washing machine, ironing facilities and heating are standard. The shared rooftop terrace has sun loungers and seating. Ground-floor units sometimes have a small private terrace or patio road-facing windows; these can be dark and have very limited privacy. Some units have a private balcony (described as a French-style balcony), but many do not. The apartments vary in condition: some are described as well-equipped and clean, while others have worn furniture, stained sofas and marks on walls. Noise insulation is poor: street sounds and neighbouring apartments are clearly audible. Bedrooms in some apartments have windows that do not open. Air conditioning is effective but takes 3-4 hours to cool the apartment from a hot start. Beds are generally comfortable, but pillows are sometimes few or small.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes basic cooking utensils, a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A supermarket is located directly across the street, with a larger one at the end of the block. Dozens of restaurants, tapas bars and bakeries are within a 3-minute walk. Grocery deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. The kitchen setup is practical for preparing simple meals, though it may lack some items like a cutting board or dish towel.

The shared rooftop terrace offers sun loungers, seating and a solarium, providing a space to relax outdoors. There is no swimming pool, spa or gym on the property. Nearby leisure activities available off site (some at an additional cost) include bike tours, walking tours, pub crawls, hiking, canoeing, diving, snorkelling, horse riding and tennis. The nearest beach, Malagueta, is a 20-minute walk away.
