Málaga-Centro-Alameda station (with direct airport trains) is about 10 minutes on foot, while La Malagueta Beach is around 15 minutes away. The area is lively but the street itself is quiet; however, ground-floor apartments facing the street may experience noise from passers-by and nearby bars late at night. Taxis cannot reach the door, so arrange a meeting point on a nearby wider street for pick-ups.

The property offers two duplex apartments (each over two floors) with a private sun terrace on the upper level, ideal for couples or families wanting outdoor space.
