The train station María Zambrano is a 20-minute walk away, or a short bus ride on line 3. The area is packed with restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés, including Café Chinitas directly downstairs. Despite the central bustle, the apartment benefits from good soundproofing and remains quiet with windows closed.

All apartments are air-conditioned and soundproofed, with a private entrance, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine). The two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6, with one double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area. The studio fits two on a double bed; the one-bedroom apartment adds a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress is very thin, making it unsuitable for regular sleep. Some units look onto an inner courtyard, others onto the street. The two-bedroom apartment has two private patios; the one-bedroom apartment has a shared terrace. One-bedroom apartment 103 is fully wheelchair accessible with a ground-level shower, toilet aids, and a lift.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering. Directly below the property is Café Chinitas, serving tapas and drinks. Within 300 metres you will find multiple restaurants including Terra Mia, El Chinitas, Restaurante Plaza de Chinitas, Casa Lola, and Café Central.
