A bus stop is within 50 metres, and the train station is 20 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bus. The area feels authentic and local, with several bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. While walkable to most attractions, getting a taxi in this zone can be difficult at peak times. Free street parking may be possible but is limited and requires searching; a paid garage is a 6-minute walk.

The guesthouse has 9 rooms over three floors, each with individual locks. Rooms are basic but clean, with comfortable beds and bedding. Some rooms include a balcony. The building's internal soundproofing is poor: doors are thin, and noise from other guests travelling between floors and using the shared bathrooms is clearly audible. The shared bathroom and toilet are located on each floor and are cleaned daily. A hairdryer and towels are provided. The top-floor duplex apartment is spacious and contemporary, though the bedroom is accessed by stairs. This accommodation is best suited for budget-conscious solo travellers or couples who prioritise location and price over quiet and privacy.

The shared kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and cookware. A self-service breakfast is provided daily, including cereals, fruit, tea, and coffee. Guests are also free to use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at any time, with a dining area available. There is no restaurant or bar on-site. The immediate neighbourhood has multiple bars and restaurants within a 3-minute walk, offering Spanish, Italian, and kebab options. A supermarket and pharmacy are a 3-minute walk away for groceries and essentials.

The guesthouse does not have a swimming pool, spa, or gym. For leisure, the property offers free beach towels and umbrellas for use during your stay. Bicycle rental is available at an additional charge. The quiet, pedestrian-friendly street itself is pleasant for a relaxed stroll. The nearest beach is approximately a 30-minute walk or a short bus ride away.

Internet access is free in the shared areas. The property provides a paid airport shuttle service (€30 each way), which must be requested after booking.
