MALAGA LODGE GUESTHOUSE, Malaga

The guesthouse has 9 rooms over three floors, each with individual locks. Rooms are basic but clean, with comfortable beds and bedding. Some rooms include a balcony. The building's internal soundproofing is poor: doors are thin, and noise from other guests travelling between floors and using the shared bathrooms is clearly audible. The shared bathroom and toilet are located on each floor and are cleaned daily. A hairdryer and towels are provided. The top-floor duplex apartment is spacious and contemporary, though the bedroom is accessed by stairs. This accommodation is best suited for budget-conscious solo travellers or couples who prioritise location and price over quiet and privacy.

The guesthouse does not have a swimming pool, spa, or gym. For leisure, the property offers free beach towels and umbrellas for use during your stay. Bicycle rental is available at an additional charge. The quiet, pedestrian-friendly street itself is pleasant for a relaxed stroll. The nearest beach is approximately a 30-minute walk or a short bus ride away.

Internet access is free in the shared areas. The property provides a paid airport shuttle service (€30 each way), which must be requested after booking. Express self-check-in/out is available, with late-night arrivals accommodated if communicated in advance. Luggage can be dropped off from 11:00 am before check-in at 13:00. The shared lounge/TV area and the fully equipped kitchen are open to all. A laundry service (wash and dry) costs €6 per 6 kg, and there is a self-service launderette 300 m away. The property accepts Visa and MasterCard. There is no lift to all floors, which may affect accessibility.
