Room categories include Superior Studio, Deluxe Studio, Deluxe Panoramic Studio, Sunset Studio (king bed and extended balcony with lounge chairs), Panoramic Suite (penthouse, fully equipped kitchen, shared laundry), Presidential Suite (private pool, two jacuzzis, one floor above the beach), and Loft 604 (two bedrooms, in-suite laundry, modern renovation). Some units, like the Loft 604, have been recently remodeled with contemporary interiors, while others retain Colonial Mexican style. Floor-to-ceiling windows and natural ventilation keep rooms airy. A small number of rooms have two double beds or a king-size bed; Deluxe rooms and Deluxe Panoramic rooms are king-bed only. A safe is available only in the Deluxe Panoramic Room, and some rooms lack a dresser or adequate storage. Towels are limited to one per person, and additional pillows may require a request; these items are subject to availability. The property has only stairs, so rooms on lower levels (closer to the beach) require fewer steps. Rooms in certain units have shared kitchens, and some have no daily housekeeping.

The shared outdoor swimming pool is open year-round, fenced, with a shallow end, sun loungers, and pool towels. It has no ocean view and is tucked away from the main terrace. A separate children's pool is also available. The beach is a small, rocky cove with clear water and some sand at low tide. Hotel-provided beach chairs and umbrellas are available on request, but they are limited and may need to be claimed early. The beach is a public area, and the hotel has a reserved section for its guests. Snorkeling gear can be rented from a neighboring hotel at a lower cost; the property can also arrange tours and activities. There is no spa or fitness center on-site, but massage services can be organized through a neighboring hotel (subject to availability).
