The Oberkampf Metro stop (lines 5 and 9) is directly outside, offering quick connections across Paris. République station, with five metro lines, is 550 metres away. Gare de Nord is 2 km from the hotel, and Charles de Gaulle Airport is about one hour by taxi (no shuttle). The Marais district is a 15-minute walk. The immediate area is lively with bars, restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket. Despite the nightlife, the hotel is on a relatively quiet side street. Multiple bakeries, including the highly regarded Boulangerie Utopie, are within a few minutes' walk.

Single, double, triple, and family rooms are available, as well as apartments with separate living and sleeping areas. Room sizes are compact, typical for central Paris; triple rooms measure approximately 15 m2. The double bed is 140 cm wide. All units have air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are small, with a shower, toilet, and sink. Some rooms have windows overlooking an interior shaft (limited natural light), while others face the street (potential noise). Mattress condition varies: some have been reported as worn or uneven. Noise insulation is limited; rooms on higher floors and those facing the courtyard tend to be quieter. Apartments include a washing machine and basic cookware. No balconies or fridges in rooms. Kettles are available at reception upon request.
