The hotel sits in a quiet, safe residential district opposite the golden Dôme des Invalides. The Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars are a 15-minute walk, the Seine and its quays 10 minutes. Major museums - Rodin (5 min), Orsay (23 min walk or 15 min metro), Louvre (35 min walk or 15 min metro), and Quai Branly (19 min walk or 7 min by bike) - are all easily reachable. Avenue des Champs-Élysées is 2 km away. Public transport is excellent: Ecole Militaire (line 8) is 300 m, Ségur (line 10) and Saint-François-Xavier (line 13) are within 10 minutes, and Invalides RER C station is a 10-minute walk. Numerous cafes, boulangeries, and restaurants (e.g., Sumac, La Verriere, Palace Thai) are within a 5-minute radius. For drivers, street parking is available on weekends; a public car park is 5 minutes away.

Standard rooms (Single, Double, Twin) are compact, typical of central Paris; some Double rooms have a small balcony. Triple rooms (20 m2) and Privilege rooms (20 m2) offer more space and a guaranteed view of the Dôme des Invalides; the Privilege also includes a lounge area and minibar. Twin and Triple rooms can be connected to create up to 5-person suites. All rooms have a courtesy tray with tea/coffee, glass water bottles, and a hairdryer. Double-glazing and soundproofing keep street noise low, but rooms facing the courtyard are quieter. For the best vistas, request a street-side room on a higher floor. Two rooms are wheelchair-accessible with grab rails and lowered fixtures. Note: only three rooms in the hotel have a balcony (two Privilege rooms and one Double).

The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, pastries, bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, hot drinks, and juices. Organic and fair-trade items are emphasised.
