Two supermarkets (Coop, Spar) are within 150 metres, and a wide choice of restaurants such as Pizzeria Trattoria all'Anfora and Osteria La Zucca are all within 0.5 km. The area is practical for both car-free exploration and luggage-heavy arrivals from the station or Piazzale Roma.

Each apartment is furnished with comfortable beds (with firm mattresses praised for good sleep), parquet flooring, and attention to detail.
