The nearest water-bus stop is a few minutes away, connecting directly to Marco Polo Airport via the airport bus from Piazzale Roma (16-minute walk). Several restaurants, bars, a fruit stand, and a supermarket are within 0.5 km, making it easy to grab meals or supplies without venturing far. Around the hotel, the neighbourhood offers a good balance of convenience and local character.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Room types range from double to triple configurations. Some rooms have city views, while others face an inner courtyard. Several rooms are located on lower floors or have windows that open only onto internal hallways, so natural light and ventilation can be limited.
