MAZZINI BOUTIQUE APARTMENT, Rome

The apartment sits in the tranquil yet well-connected Prati neighbourhood, less than 1 km from Lepanto Metro Station and an 18-minute walk from Ottaviano Metro, providing direct access to Rome's historic centre. Piazza del Popolo is 1 km away and the Vatican Museums 2 km, making both the city centre and Vatican area highly walkable. The area is filled with shops, restaurants (including Alice Pizza, L'arcipelago, and XBacchus, each 500 m away), and everyday amenities. The Olympic Stadium is also within comfortable walking distance. Metro and tram connections simplify trips to all major attractions, though the central Colosseum area requires a transfer or a longer walk.

This recently renovated apartment features 4 separate bedrooms plus a living room with a sofa bed, offering sleeping capacity for up to 10 people. The unit includes 1 bathroom with a shower and bidet, air conditioning in three rooms (with noticeable unit noise), and soundproofed rooms. The property is described as large, bright, and quiet. The bathroom drainage has been reported as slow, and the shower temperature regulation can be inconsistent. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and essential cookware, but the reported condition of items such as the kettle, frying pan, and ovenware has been inconsistent, and there is no microwave or toaster. Some units feature tiled floors and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor terrace and balcony offer city views and sleeping options with external roller shutters for darkness.

The property itself has no pool, spa, or gym. An ice-skating rink is located in the local area, providing an additional leisure option suitable for families or groups. The quiet Prati neighbourhood is ideal for relaxed walks, and the proximity to the Olympic Stadium makes it convenient for event attendees. For dedicated wellness amenities, guests would need to plan excursions to dedicated centres in the city.
