The hotel is located on the first floor of Terminal 1, in the hallway running from the bus counters toward the international garage, very close to the Courtyard Marriott entrance. Access is from inside the airport only; you must exit the airside area through security and then walk to the hotel. The property is a short walk from the food court, bus counters, and check-in areas. Downtown Mexico City and Templo Mayor are 6 km away. Catching a flight from Terminal 2 requires using the free inter-terminal shuttle, which does not run 24 hours - factor this into your schedule for very early departures.

Each capsule is roughly the size of a single bed: 79 inches long, 47 inches wide, and 45 inches tall. The unit includes a flat-screen TV (sometimes foldable from the ceiling), USB ports, a dressing area, an alarm clock, and adjustable lighting and fan. The mattress is thin and firm; the pillow uses a plastic-like cover. Pods numbered 100 and 200 are larger and include a mirror and TV, while pods numbered 300 are smaller, lack a mirror and TV, and are noisier due to proximity to reception. Upper capsules require climbing a ladder, which can be challenging. Road-facing pods and those near the entrance experience higher noise levels from traffic, hallway activity, and adjacent pods. Earplugs are provided. The shared bathroom area consists of private shower cubicles with hot water, a hairdryer, and individual toilet stalls; the main sink area has a few sinks with limited towel hooks.

The property does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. Within a 5-minute walk inside Terminal 1, you will find Italianni's, The Grand Lounge Elite, Angus Butcher House, and La Buena Tierra (each about 0.5 km), plus The Centro Restaurant, Chili's, and Restaurant la Mansion Camino Real (about 0.5 km). The airport's food court is nearby and includes options that operate around the clock, making it possible to eat at any hour of the night or early morning.

There is no spa, swimming pool, gym, or recreation area within the hotel. The stay is designed purely for rest and refreshment between flights. The common area includes a quiet capsule zone and the shared bathroom facilities. For longer layovers, the airport's own shops, lounges, and public spaces are accessible nearby.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Each capsule is assigned a locker that fits a large suitcase; additional luggage can be held at reception. Daily housekeeping is provided at no extra cost. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and offers express check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and luggage storage (note: after-checkout luggage storage may incur an hourly fee - confirm at reception). Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and key-card access to the hotel, capsule, and locker. The lift provides accessibility to the capsule area.
