The neighbourhood is safe for walking at night, with a supermarket (REWE) directly behind the hotel, and several restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. For airport access, take the S-Bahn from Altona station (around 25 minutes). There is no airport shuttle. Guests arriving by bus at Hamburg's ZOB can reach the hotel via S-Bahn in about 15 minutes.
