The immediate streets around the hotel are the centre of Hamburg's entertainment district; some guests find the area untidy or confronting due to the red-light district and nightlife crowds. This location is ideal for those coming for the nightlife, concerts, or football, but may not suit families or those wanting a quiet, conventional atmosphere.

All rooms are compact design doubles (15-21 m²) with a 1.80m x 2.00m bed, air conditioning, soundproofing, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer, free WiFi, and a work desk with one chair. Rooms come with a minimalist, modern interior (blue/white colour scheme) and have carpeted floors. There is no wardrobe, no safe, no kettle, no fridge, no tea/coffee maker, and no minibar.
