The hotel sits directly across from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, providing immediate access to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and regional rail. HafenCity is 2km away and the historic city centre is a short stroll away. Several restaurants, including Indian Delight and Paulaner Wirtshaus, are within 200metres. The area is busy but generally safe, though the station vicinity can feel lively at night. Free public transport tickets are provided for the first three days, making airport and city travel easy and cost-free.

Room categories range from basic bright rooms (single or double bed) to superior and comfort rooms. Comfort rooms add a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Basic rooms are compact; comfort and superior rooms can accommodate an extra bed for triple occupancy. Private bathrooms are standard, though some showers are narrow. Some rooms face the street (noisier) or the courtyard (ventilation noise). No air conditioning - fans are supplied. A physical key system is used; keys must be left at reception when leaving the hotel. Daily cleaning is provided. There are no balconies. Heating is available; windows may not fully insulate from external noise. WiFi signal can be weaker on upper floors.
