This location combines tranquility with direct access to Berlin's main attractions. Nollendorfplatz station is also nearby, offering additional U-Bahn and bus routes. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are within a short walking radius, making it ideal for both city trips and nightlife exploration. Walkable to many central sights, though car-free travel is recommended as parking is limited and expensive.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, and hot drinks. Coffee is served by staff. Weekend breakfast runs until 11:00, but items may start being cleared before the official end time, and selection can be limited later in the morning. The hotel has no restaurant, but the bar and snack bar serve drinks and small snacks, and a self-service Grab & Go station provides drinks and snacks. Wine and champagne are available for an additional charge. In-room breakfast is also possible. The surrounding area offers numerous dining choices just a few minutes' walk away.

There are no on-site wellness or leisure facilities. The nearest sauna is Sultan Hamam on Bülowstrasse. The property's focus is on a central, practical stay rather than recreational amenities. The shared lounge/TV area provides a space to relax, and the quiet street setting offers a calm base for exploring the city.

Practical services include a 24-hour front desk, concierge, tour desk, and safety deposit box. Luggage storage is available but charged per item (€1-€3). The hotel is generally accessible without stairs for wheelchair users, though the person must be able to get into the bath without a wheelchair. The lift can be slow and occasionally out of service.
