Zoologischer Garten train station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) is a 3-5 minute walk, giving direct connections to Brandenburg Airport (RE/RB lines) and all central destinations. Kurfürstendamm U-Bahn station is virtually at the doorstep. The area is lively, safe, and packed with restaurants, shops (including KaDeWe 300 m away), and the Berlin Zoo. Walking to Tiergarten takes about 10-15 minutes. For car users, the nearest public garage is Parkhaus am Zoo on Kantstr. 10 (250 m, €15/day); there is no on-site parking.

The rooftop bar can get very crowded, especially on weekends, and service may be slow. There is no full restaurant on site. The surrounding area offers numerous dining options within a few minutes' walk, including Spreegold, Block House, Burgermeister, and Zooba, all within 0.5 km.

The property has no swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, or any dedicated wellness or fitness area. Leisure options are limited to the rooftop terrace and bar, which offer panoramic city views and a social atmosphere. Bicycle rental is available for exploring the city.
