The area is well served by bus stops directly in front, and Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. Many restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias lie within a 3-minute walk on surrounding streets. Those arriving by car should note that public parking is available nearby but cannot be reserved in advance.

Room types include double, triple, quadruple, and family rooms (the latter sleeping up to four). A number of units have interconnecting doors, which is useful for families or groups. Street-facing rooms can experience noise from traffic and passers-by, so those sensitive to sound may prefer to request a quieter internal room or an upper floor.
