Located on a quiet side street, the property places you within a 15-minute walk of Trevi Fountain and 2 km from the Coliseum. The Vatican is a 20-minute stroll away. The area is well-served by public transport, with bus and metro stations near the Spanish Steps (Spagna station). The surrounding streets are filled with local restaurants, cafés, and shops. The building entrance is on a small street but is just yards from Ponte Umberto I bridge. The immediate neighbourhood is safe and relatively quiet at night, despite being central. For airport transfers, a direct train from Roma Termini combined with a two-stop metro ride to Spagna provides convenient access, or a private shuttle can be arranged.

Rooms come in sizes of 11 or 14 m²; the smaller rooms may feel compact, especially for those with large luggage. Triple rooms include a sofa bed. Bathrooms are private with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; some bathrooms are very small. Sound insulation between rooms is minimal, so noise from neighbours can be a challenge. Rooms facing the street may have some external noise, while courtyard-facing rooms may have less natural light. The building is historic, so some rooms have a dated decor. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean and provides fresh towels. There is no closet in some rooms, so plan to live out of a suitcase. An electric kettle and iron are available on request from reception.
