The Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are each about 10 minutes on foot. Termini Station is roughly a 15-minute walk, and the Repubblica Metro stop is just 5 minutes away. For longer trips, a bus stop and taxi rank are right outside. The Palazzo delle Esposizioni is opposite the hotel. Despite the central location, rooms facing the internal courtyard are quiet.

Rooms are generally clean, well-maintained and cleaned daily. Bed sizes vary: some rooms have a single double bed (135 cm) while others have two single beds pushed together. Economy rooms are compact and have no window; these may feel dark and stuffy. Better-lit rooms with a window facing Via Nazionale or the internal courtyard are preferable. Street-facing windows are well soundproofed, but the internal doors do not block hallway noise well. All bathrooms are private with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Tea/coffee facilities and a free safety deposit box are standard. Only two irons are available for the whole hotel.
