Each room has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. A washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services are fitted in every studio. Rooms facing the quiet street have a balcony with city or street views; top-floor units are specifically noted for their views and quiet atmosphere. The property is newly built, clean throughout, and the self-check-in system allows for a swift arrival. The absence of an elevator means all rooms are accessible only by stairs, which should be factored in when packing heavy luggage.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and consistently reliable for streaming and remote work. Check-in and check-out are fully private and contactless, supported by express service options. Luggage can be stored from 11:00 on the day of check-in, but cannot be held after check-out. The building has no elevator and no parking. Safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key-card access. The self-check-in system is managed through responsive messaging, and the unit features a washing machine for longer stays.
