MILANFORESTER, Milan

The property sits in a peripheral, industrial-style neighbourhood that is convenient for the San Siro stadium (approx. 4 km) and the Ippodromo, but requires planning for city-centre visits. The nearest tram stop is 3 minutes on foot, while the metro station is a 20-30 minute walk. Reaching the Duomo or other central attractions takes about one hour by public transport, making taxis or rideshares the more practical (though costly) option. Free street parking is available on surrounding roads, and free public off-site parking is located nearby. The building is directly adjacent to a late-night strip club and nightclub, which generates loud music and noise until the early hours, particularly on weekends.

The accommodation consists of quadruple, triple, twin/double, and double rooms, all with a private entrance and private bathroom. Most rooms are described as spacious and clean, with modern furnishings and comfortable new beds. Each room includes air conditioning, heating, a work desk, a seating area, a wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, and a tea and coffee maker. Complimentary bottled water and coffee capsules are provided. Some rooms offer a quiet street view. A few rooms have both a shower and a bathtub, and a number of units feature a walk-in shower. The property also has family rooms and can provide a cot on request. Noise from the adjacent nightclub can be intrusive, especially in rooms facing that side, and soundproofing between rooms is limited.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms. Parking options include free street parking directly outside and free public off-site parking nearby, with no reservation required. The building has a lift. Daily housekeeping is included. Reception is not staffed; check-in is self-service via a video guide and a door code, and all communication is handled through WhatsApp or SMS. Private check-in and check-out are available. Luggage storage can be arranged but is not secure. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and key access. A cot can be provided on request. Pets are not permitted and the entire property is non-smoking.
