Santa Justa train station is 10-15 minutes away on foot or a direct bus 32 ride, which stops right outside. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs a fixed €22-€25. Bus EA from the airport to Santa Justa station, then bus 32, provides a cheaper connection. Road-facing rooms experience significant bus and traffic noise, while rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are much quieter. Numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within 200-500 metres.

Rooms are generally clean and come with a flat-screen TV, desk, and heating. The hotel offers single, double/twin, and triple rooms. Many rooms open onto the inner courtyard, but some face the busy street, which can be very noisy-especially at lower floors. Window coverings are sheer curtains, so light sleepers should bring an eye mask and earplugs. Air conditioning units are older and can be noisy. Storage is limited, so pack light. Single rooms are compact while some upstairs rooms feel spacious.
