CASCINA BELLARIA, Milan

The property is located on the edge of Milan, directly alongside a large park offering walking and leisure space. The bus 64 stop is immediately outside the main gate, providing a direct link to the Uruguay metro station and then into the city center in about 35 minutes. San Siro Stadium is a 20-25 minute walk through the park, making it ideal for event-goers. The city center and Duomo are about 7 km away, Fiera Milano City is 5 km, and both Linate (17 km) and Malpensa (35 minutes) airports are within reasonable reach by car or public transport. The immediate area is quiet and residential, with a few dining options within walking distance.

Accommodation includes double, twin/double, quadruple, and family rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. Family rooms offer either a double bed and a bunk bed or three single beds, providing space for children. Rooms are equipped with heating, a TV, and some have tea and coffee facilities. The style is functional and hostel-like, with minimal furnishings such as an open hanging rail instead of a wardrobe. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden but offer less privacy, while upper-floor rooms are generally quieter and brighter. Some rooms have been noted to have poorer soundproofing and older furniture.

The restaurant operates from Thursday to Sunday for lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (19:00-23:00) during the summer months. The cuisine is Italian, with a focus on solidale (social) principles, and a vegetarian menu is available. Breakfast is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, sweet cakes, and hot drinks, served from 08:00 to 09:30. The breakfast is considered simple but sufficient, though it may not include fresh fruit, eggs, or savory hot dishes. The shared kitchen on the property allows guests to prepare their own meals.

Cascina Bellaria offers a spacious garden with tables, benches, and a play area for children, including swings and outdoor play equipment. The adjacent Park di Trenno provides an expansive green space for walking or jogging. Inside, there is a shared lounge with a TV and a ping-pong table. There is no pool, spa, or fitness on site.

On-site parking is gated and secure, with accessible parking available, and must be reserved. The property has a lift and is equipped with facilities for disabled guests. Daily housekeeping is provided. A shared kitchen and fridge on the upper floor allow for self-catering. The reception hours are 14:00 to 18:30; outside these hours, luggage storage is limited to a small locker. Check-in is not possible after 21:00. Pets are allowed with possible charges. The property is non-smoking throughout and has key access and fire extinguishers for safety.
