La Fenice Theatre is a 4-minute walk away, and the Doge's Palace is 10 minutes on foot. A water bus stop (S. Angelo) is very close, making it easy to reach without dragging luggage across the city. The area has several restaurants, bars, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Despite its central location, the street and courtyard-facing apartments are notably calm. The private pier allows water taxis to drop you right at the entrance, which is especially convenient after a flight.

Units range from a studio for up to 2 people to two-bedroom apartments accommodating up to 6. All feature air conditioning, soundproofing, a private bathroom with bath or shower, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker. The larger suites offer living areas, dining tables, and washing machines. Grand Canal-view apartments have a balcony (only in the bigger suites), while garden-view rooms are quieter. Some rooms are decorated with traditional Venetian stucco and frescoes. All apartments are on the first floor (15 steps up, no lift). Rooms described as spacious and recently renovated, with high-quality linens and comfortable beds.
