The Colosseum and Cavour metro station are reachable in 8-10 minutes on foot, giving quick access to Termini Station and the rest of the city. A bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and many of Rome's major sights, including the Trevi Fountain, are within a short walk. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, and the building itself is quiet despite the central setting. For airport transfers, private vans and taxis can be arranged through the host; alternatively, trains and buses from Fiumicino are available.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, allowing up to four separate beds if needed. Both bathrooms are private and include a shower and free toiletries. The living area is spacious with parquet flooring, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. Windows face the inner courtyard, keeping the apartment airy and quiet. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a fan in every room are provided. The unit is on the 4th floor with a small lift, but reaching the apartment requires descending 10 steps. No balcony or safe is available.

Guests can prepare their own meals in the apartment's kitchen, which includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and essential cookware. There is also a well-regarded restaurant located directly on the ground floor of the building, offering convenient dining options. The surrounding Monti district is filled with a wide variety of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes. The apartment does not have a pool, spa, or gym. However, its central position means that Rome's parks, such as the Colle Oppio Park near the Colosseum, and various wellness centres are within walking distance. The main leisure draw is the city itself, with all major monuments, museums, and cultural sites accessible on foot or by a short metro ride.

The host offers a private check-in and check-out service, and luggage storage can be arranged before check-in (from 10:00) and after check-out, either in the apartment or at a nearby guest house close to Termini Station.
