The hotel is well connected: Alésia (line 4) and Plaisance (line 13) metro stations are within 5-7 minutes walk, providing direct access to central Paris, the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre. Montparnasse train station (TGV) is a 10-minute metro ride or 20-minute walk. Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is 3 km away. The area is known for its many restaurants, cafés, theatres, and shops, including Rue du Montparnasse and Rue de la Gaîté. Luxembourg Gardens, the Catacombs, and Montparnasse Tower are all within walking distance or a short metro ride. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe at night, ideal for both leisure and business stays.

Single rooms (11-13 m2) overlook the garden and are suitable for solo travellers. Double rooms (13-14 m2) offer garden or city views, and some on upper floors have an Eiffel Tower panorama. Twin rooms are similarly sized. Triple rooms (23-24 m2) and quadruple rooms (25 m2) provide more space for families, with garden views and a shower room. Beds measure 140x190 cm. All rooms have a hairdryer, safety deposit box, direct-dial phone, and a dressing area with wardrobe and shelves. Rooms are carpeted; some travellers find the carpet less hygienic, but the hotel emphasises eco-friendly cleaning. No rooms have balconies. The compact layout means doubles may feel snug for two; upgrading to a triple or quadruple is recommended if more space is desired. Road-facing rooms can be noisier than garden-side rooms.

Breakfast (07:00-10:30) includes hot drinks, fruit juices, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, bacon, scrambled eggs, bread, pastries, and fruit salad. Availability may be reduced towards the end of service. The takeaway option consists of a hot drink, fruit juice, and two pastries. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but the surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options within a few minutes' walk, including L'As Du Poulet, Le Jeroboam, Les Petits Plats, and several cuisines from Italian to Moroccan. The breakfast is priced at 13 EUR per person, except on certain non-refundable packages that include it.
