Montparnasse-Bienvenue Metro station (lines 4, 6, 12, and 13) is just 600 meters away, providing quick access across Paris. Notable landmarks such as the Orsay Museum (2 km), the Louvre (2 km), and Tuileries Garden (2 km) are within walking distance or a short metro ride. The Montparnasse Tower and Gare Montparnasse are also nearby. While the location is excellent for exploring, rooms facing the street can experience noise from traffic and sirens, and the metro line running beneath the building causes occasional vibrations and rumbling.

Rooms are designed in a contemporary style with dark or red wallpaper, carpeted floors, and include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a safe, a kettle for tea, and a mini-bar. All rooms have private bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer, and Rituals toiletries; some Capricieuse rooms feature a bathtub. Space is limited: standard double rooms can be very small, with minimal room for luggage. Road-facing rooms and the metro underneath can cause significant noise and vibration, making rooms at the back or on higher floors a better choice for light sleepers. The lift serves most floors but does not reach the top (6th) floor, requiring a short stair climb. The property has facilities for disabled guests, including one room designed for wheelchair access.
