The neighbourhood is lively with numerous restaurants, cafes (many within 0.5 km), bakeries, and a 365 coffee shop downstairs. A Mercadona supermarket is just around the corner. The area can be busy, especially near the basilica, but some apartments face quiet internal courtyards or streets.

The apartments vary in layout: some are open-plan with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, while others have three bedrooms (one with a door, two open to a loft) and two bathrooms. All units include air conditioning heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a desk, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Bed sizes range from single to queen, with sofa beds suitable mainly for children or shorter stays. Some units have a washing machine. Balconies offer either quiet street views or direct Sagrada Familia views; specific apartments should be requested at booking.

Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing your own meals. A 365 coffee shop directly below the building offers budget-friendly breakfasts popular with locals. The surrounding streets are packed with dining options: KFC, Fargo Cafe, Kurz & Gut, Los Bellota, La Pedreta, and Enrique Tomas are all within a 3-minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket around the corner makes grocery shopping simple. For a full meal without leaving the neighbourhood, numerous sit-down restaurants and fast-food outlets (McDonald's, Burger King) are also nearby.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable across all apartments. The building has a lift, and some apartments are on the second floor. Services include express and private check-in via an automated system with a code, supported by a responsive WhatsApp service. Luggage can be stored at a nearby office (Mexic 24, open 8:00-22:00) for a fee if arriving before check-in. Family rooms are available, and cots can be provided on request.
