HOSTAL MIMI LAS RAMBLAS, Barcelona

The property sits on a bustling street of La Rambla, within a short walk of Plaza Catalunya (10 minutes) and the Gothic Quarter. Liceu Metro station is 3 minutes away, providing fast access across the city. La Barceloneta Beach is a 20-minute walk, and Barcelona Port is 9 km away. The surrounding area is packed with bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, making it ideal for nightlife, but the street noise can be intense, especially at night. Rooms facing the interior courtyard offer significantly more quiet. For car users, public parking costs 15 EUR per day at a nearby location.

The property offers single and double rooms with shared bathrooms. Beds range from single (90 cm) to double (150 cm). Rooms vary: some have a balcony overlooking La Rambla, others face an interior courtyard and are quieter. Certain rooms are very small and basic, with dated furniture and fixtures. Shared bathrooms are shared among guests and can be in a different part of the floor. Only two rooms have air conditioning; the rest rely on fans. Street-facing rooms are very noisy, particularly at night, and windows may need to be left open for ventilation, compounding the noise. A shared living room with TV is available. The property is on the third floor with a lift.

Bicycle rental and guided bike tours are available, as are free walking tours, letting you explore the city on foot or by bike. The area is walkable to most major attractions, including La Barceloneta Beach (20 minutes). For evening leisure, La Rambla features numerous nightclubs. Car hire is also available through the property.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour reception allows for late check-in and offers concierge and tour desk services. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping is provided. The shared lounge has a TV. Other services include a trouser press, fax/photocopying, and car hire. The property has a lift and key-card access. Pets are allowed with charges. Parking is available nearby for 15 EUR per day, with accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and 24-hour security.
