Rooms are functional and efficiently designed, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, soundproofed windows, and a private bathroom with granite decor and hairdryer. The rooms are on the smaller side, which suits short city breaks and solo travellers but may feel cramped for two people with large luggage. Lighting includes standard and ambient options. There is no in-room safe, kettle, minibar, fridge, or coffee-making facilities. Street-facing rooms offer views but can be affected by noise from trams and trains; rooms on the quieter courtyard side are recommended for light sleepers. Top-floor rooms provide views of the TV tower.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, 24-hour reception, and a luggage storage service. Bicycle rental is available for exploring the city. An underground car park is available on-site for €25 per day, but a reservation must be made directly with the hotel after booking. Facilities for disabled guests, a lift, soundproofed rooms, non-smoking rooms throughout, and heating are standard. An iron and ironing board can be borrowed from reception. Parking garage spaces are also available. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or airport shuttle service.
